Please read this section before proceeding onto the ordering of any items.

Full payments must be made in advance of the commencement of any tasks. We do not accept payments after completion of works or partial payments. Our pricing currency are all in terms of US dollars. Payments that have already been made are non-refundable. We reserve the rights to assume that customers have absolute ownership rights of psds given to us by customers for editing services. In the event of a copyright violation being discovered and followed up, FlashFunkz.com will not be liable to the copyright violations committed by customers. FlashFunkz reserves the right to not provide or distribute any PSDs created by us. The onus of providing all necessary and accurate information required for the completion of the design is on the customer. Flashfunkz will not be held responsible for mistakes or ommission of information made by customers upon completion. We will only carry out the task in accordance to the information given by the customer. (Examples of information would include size, resolution, specific colors etc) Every design tasks takes a different amount of time to complete. FlashFunkz can only give a rough estimate on the time taken for the given task to complete. Thus, we do not guarantee the estimation to be accurate and may take longer than expected to complete the task. Web Design packages do not include integration of the designs. Customers are to be sure they have a programmer who is capabale of providing such services. Website design packages only include the design of the main page. Additional pages will be charged at $30 each. FlashFunkz reserves the right to keep customer's information and particulars confidential for security reasons. Upon completion of works, any change of text will be charged at a fee of 10usd.
